What's Included

How it works

Book Your Time: Choose your preferred 90-minute time slot in our calendar.
Submit Payment: Pay through the secure link in the calendar to lock in your spot. Each sessions is $100.
Complete the Intake Form: Tell us who’s coming and share a few session details.
📄 A waiver will be sent to all adult attendees after you submit the form.
Show Up and Shoot: Enjoy private access to explore, relax, and capture beautiful moments at your own pace.

How to Book

Use our online booking calendar to select your date and time. Availability is first-come, first-served.

Property Guidelines

Please respect the property and leave no trace.
Keep vehicles on the asphalt, no parking on the grass
Stay within the designated outdoor areas.
Children must be supervised at all times.
No climbing trees, fences, or structures.

Can I bring a professional photographer?

Yes! You are welcome to book the space for your own photos or bring a photographer.
Photographers are also welcome to book sessions for clients, including back-to-back mini sessions (as long as it fits within the 90-minute time block).

Is commercial or styled shoot use allowed?

Yes, with prior approval. Please contact us directly if your shoot involves props, vendors, large equipment, or promotional content.

Is there access to a bathroom or changing area during the session?

Yes! All guests have access to a private bathroom and changing area during their 90-minute session. It's a great spot for quick outfit changes, touch-ups, or a break—especially for families with little ones.
The space is climate-controlled (heated or cooled depending on the season), and located just steps from the main photo areas for easy access. Photographers are also welcome to use it to prep gear or take a quick pause between setups.

Indoor photography
Drones without prior approval
Confetti, glitter, or smoke bombs
Pets (unless approved in advance)
Loud music or disruptive props
Subletting or reselling access

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours in advance
50% refund if canceled 24–48 hours before
No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of your session
One reschedule allowed per booking with 48+ hours’ notice

Weather Policy

We allow one complimentary weather reschedule per booking. Please contact us at least 4 hours before your session start time to reschedule due to inclement weather.

Want to scope out the property beforehand?

Photographers are welcome to schedule a quick walkthrough prior to their session or arrive a little early to scout the area. Just contact us in advance to coordinate timing.
