What’s Included:

• Full access to exterior property - lake, pebble beach, pavilion, front porch, pavement, fire pit and lawn (excludes shop)

• Full access to the lodge

  • Single day - Available between 9am to 11pm, must exit property by 11pm

  • Multi day - overnight sleeps up to 15 adults

• 2 planning sessions with venue manager (in-person or virtual)

• Tables and chairs for up to 100 people

• Set up of tables and chairs

• 2 white tents (40’ x 20’)

• Trash disposal
