What is the alcohol policy?
With our open vendor policy, you have two options for alcohol guidelines:
1. Hire a licensed caterer, they'll order, distribute and pay taxes on the beverages. You may go this route if you want hard alcohol at your event.
2. Obtain a temporary beer and wine permit (state charges $50 and usually takes 10-12 weeks to get) and hire a licensed bartender. There are a few other guidelines such as the bartender's table has to be set up in a separate area, and the state needs a blueprint of the venue. If you go this route, contact us and we’ll provide the venue map.
*The venue will not be responsible for supervising alcohol consumption. -

What is venue manager's role?
The venue manager or owner will be onsite to greet you, and your bridal party. They’ll be on-site off and on throughout the day to assist vendors and the wedding party with venue setup questions leading up to the ceremony, and ensure the ceremony and reception run smoothly from the venue’s perspective.
The Venue Manager is not a wedding coordinator, but is responsible for making sure the venue operates smoothly for your day. They’ll have the schedule for the day, and will help support the wedding planner, or dedicated person in the wedding party, to make sure activities are reasonably aligned with the timeline.
