It’s important to us that you understand what’s included in your venue rental and feel like you’re getting the value and memories that you’re paying for.

What’s Included:

  • Full access to exterior property - lake, pebble beach, pavilion, front porch, pavement, fire pit and lawn (excludes shop)

  • Full access to the lodge - 7,715 square feet with 3 levels

    • Single day - 14.5 hour rental (9am to 11:30pm), must exit property by 11:30pm

    • Multi day - overnight sleeps up to 15 adults

  • Up to 4 planning sessions with venue manager (in-person or virtual)

  • Onsite venue manager day of event

  • Personalized ceremony and reception plan

  • Tables and chairs for up to 150 people, plus floor length white linens for MLL provided tables

  • Set up of tables, chairs, and ceremony site

  • 2 white tents (40’ x 20’) with setup and take down

  • Speaker system and microphones for ceremony and reception

  • Trash disposal 

  • No required vendor list

We offer a limited number of weddings each year, there are 4 wedding reservations remaining for 2025.

Weekend day rental

We have 10 wedding reservations available. The first 5 to reserve receive limited early booking pricing, and last 5 receive standard pricing.

Payment

At the time of signing the contract, we require a $1,000 booking payment to secure your date, and then proceed with the payment schedule. 

Payment schedule:

  • Within 30 days of the signed contract, 50% of the remaining balance is owed.

  • The final payment of the remaining amount is due 30 days prior to the event. 

All payments are non-refundable. 

The final payment includes a $1,000 security deposit that will be refunded within 30 days after the event if there are no damages to the property.
